What is e-payments?
E-payments is an automatic banking transfer program which allows you to make tuition payments directly from your bank account into our account.

What are the advantage of e-payments?
It saves time! It saves work! It simplifies your life! You also help Riversong stabilize its budget and save money.

When will my payment be deducted from my account?
It takes 3 business days for ACH checking or savings account payments to be deducted from your account. All reoccurring payments must be set up to take place on Mondays.

Will I get a statement for tax purposes of everything I paid ?
You will receive a statement from RCLC at the beginning of each calendar year with all your payment information (online and in person). However, you may print out a statement for tax purposes from the e-payments site for all transactions that were made online through e-payments, using the time period you designate.

What about overdraft or insufficient funds costs?
You will agree to pay a fee of $35 if your transaction fails due to Insufficient Funds in your account. Please be sure enough money is available in your account for each payment.

Can I look up all my payments online whether cash, credit card or e-pay?

No. The only transactions you can view online are the ones that were completed online. Please contact our church office at 301-862-9200 if you have questions.

What are my payment frequency options?
You can make a one-time payment. Or you can set the system up to pay once per week or every 2 weeks. You also have the option to have your automatic payments run for only a certain period of time.

Can anyone who works at RCLC or the church see my account number?

No. No one at the church has access to your checking account numbers. Only a few employees at the E-payments service have access to this info.

How much does electronic giving via ACH cost?
It costs you NOTHING and saves you time. We pay nominal transaction fees for checking account fund transfers.

What do I do if I forget my username or password?
If you forget your password, click on the “forgot email or password” link. If you cannot remember your email address, contact Our Father's House AG at 301-862-9200. If you cannot remember your password, you will need to follow the process for resetting a new password. Please enter your email address and click on "Reset Password". You will receive an email with a temporary password and instructions for resetting your password.

What if I try it and don’t like it?

You can cancel your automatic payments anytime via the e-payments website.

If I do not write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance straight?

An e-mail will be sent to you every time a payment is made from your account. You may either make a notation in your check register at the time of the transaction, or you can make the notation at the time that an email is sent to you acknowledging your payment has been received. If you choose to pay at regular automatic intervals, you can easily make the notations for the entire length of time all at once.

Is electronic giving risky?
It is certainly less risky than writing checks or carrying cash. To process electronic donations, RCLC uses Vanco Services, LLC—an established and highly-regarded company that moves funds directly from your account to RCLC with minimal delay. Vanco processes contributions for more than 13,000 churches and nonprofit organizations.

What if I change bank accounts?
Update the information at the e-payments site under the section “Online profile”. If you have set up recurring transactions and you do not update your account information, you may be de-activated until you update your profile.

Can I use E-payments for Credit Card or debit card payments?

$100 to $250 = $10.00
$251 to $500 = $15.00
